Guests appear subject to work commitments and good health. Their presence at KWIANIS-force-EVENT can thus, sadly enough, be cancelled at any moment. We of course try to avoid this at all costs, but sometimes that just happens. Should this occur, we will immediately announce this on the site and try to find a suitable replacement.
The Guest Stars will be appearing at the Kiwanis Force Event during both days. They will be present at the show from 10.00am until 17.00pm (with a short break for lunch).
You will be able to purchase the autographs of the Guest Stars at the convention. Both will bring a set of photographs for you to choose from, or you can bring your own stuff. It is at the sole discretion of the Guest Stars to agree to sign your item (mostly, this is not a problem, unless it is a bootleg or fake collectible or if the guest is bound by contract not to sign your item).
You are free to have your photograph taken during the convention at no charge. The guest stars don't mind as long as you are polite and not intrusive. Please be advised that visitors who purchase an autograph will be serviced first.
The autographs will be 25 EUR a piece on your item or on the photo provided by the guest star.
These prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final decision rests with the guest stars.
You'll be happy to learn that a substantial part of that fee will be donated to charity.
